Why James N. Little Co.?
We are an established company that has been in business over 30 years. We are not students or recently layed off from our real job, we are professional painters and carpenters and do professional quality work.

Do you assist in picking colors?
We do not assist in picking colors as we are not decorators. But I will pay for the services of a professional decorator on larger jobs. I will provide one hour with a professional decorator on jobs over $2500.00

What do we need to before your crew arrives?
We ask that the owners move all small decorative items and pictures before we arrive so we can move the furniture. We will remove and replace blinds and very basic curtains/draperies. We ask that the owners have elaborate custom draperies removed before we start.

What brand of material do you use?
Typically we like to use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paint. We will recommend what we feel is the best product at the best value for your job, but we are not locked in to any particular brand. If there is something specific you want on your house we use what you prefer.

Are there any hidden charges?
Absolutely not. If something comes up that is going to require a lot of extra work after we start your job, we will talk to you about it first. If not then the price you were quoted is the price you will pay.

When do I pay you?
You pay us when the job is finished. We accept cash, check, or credit cards.

We will repair any paint failure that is found to be the result of our negligence for a period of three years from the date your job was finished. If the failure is found to be the result of outside sources (water leaks etc.) we will give you an estimate to repair the damage.
